Red Snapper Managed Services LTD (RSMS LTD) is pleased to announce a collaboration with the Police and Crime Commissioner of Hampshire and IOW & Hampshire Constabulary.

Our unique collaboration will see RSMS’s digital 24/7 evidence-based interventions – The Intervention Hub  ( being utilised as part of the innovative Out of Court Disposal Scheme.

This exciting new initiative will see offenders paying a one off fee to use the victim awareness and substance misuse programmes on the Intervention Hub as part of a Community Resolution.

The Intervention Hub itself utilises digital Computerised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CCBT) which can be used on any SMART device, is available 24/7 and is suitable for all learning styles as audio bars, text and videos guide users through.

The Operations Director of RSMS, Jonathan Hussey has stated:

“We are delighted to have been chosen by Hampshire Police and Crime Commissioner to deliver this innovative and important service. We believe this will make a real difference in the way offenders can access evidence based and effective interventions”.

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, Donna Jones has commented:

“In my Police and Crime Plan More Police Safer Streets, I made a commitment to make better use of diversionary services to prevent an escalation of offending and to monitor and encourage the use of Out of Court Disposals across Hampshire Constabulary. After a competitive tender process, I am pleased to be working in partnership with Red Snapper Management Services (RSMS) to provide innovative online interventions as part of a Community Resolution. This intervention will be offered to those eligible for a Community Resolution on an ‘offender-pays model’ and it aims to educate and divert people from the Criminal Justice System”.

Inspector Andy Noble from Hampshire Constabulary said:

“Having meaningful and accessible interventions available to be used where the criteria is met for a Community Resolution is key as we strive to reduce offending and give those who offend an opportunity to make better decisions in the future to avoid causing harm to others and to divert themselves away from the Criminal Justice System.  I am excited about this new partnership and look forward to seeing the positive impact it has on those who offend in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight and the reassurance it will bring to victims of crime.”
